The software solution “SAMO-TourAgent” provides for the automation of the entire cycle of travel agency’s activity.
By using ths soft the travel agency could avoid the filling in of a lot of classifiers and directories, which is usually is time-consuming job. The employees of a travel agency may start record-keeping of tours sold immediately upon program installation. The main aim of this program is the in-house automation: record-keeping of tours booked by tourists, accounting of payments (made by customers and tour operators, as well as money office internal payments), record of regular customers, discount cards issued, feedback telephone calls.
The main operation, the drawing up of customer’s application –can be now carried out in his/her presence, immediately enter data on payment, print the agreement, the petty cash receipt, TOUR-1 form trip ticket, etc. Here all data is stored in a shareable database, allowing obtaining tourist lists, statistical reports; keeping track of payments – from tourists to the travel agency, and travel agency’s payments to the tour operator.
In-house automation of travel agency. Basic software features
- Record-keeping of tours sold with a possibility of creation of “complex” tours (individual, crossing). This feature shall be of great use for regional travel agencies. - Analysis of the individual work of each travel agency employee. This feature will be of use if you would like to check who was a good and diligent worker during this season and deserves a bonus, and who was just “potboiling”.
- Management of different users’ access to system modes and options.
- Online search and reservation of tours. You have the possibility to find and make reservations online on offers from various tour operators-users of SS “SAMO-TourAgent”, via “SAMO-TourAgent” program. The given application is confirmed with the tour operator automatically. Further processing of application formed is similar to the standard drawing up of application using “SAMO-TourAgent”. «SAMO-TourAgent» for the network travel agencies
From the beginning, "SAMO-TourAgent" was designed as a product that has managed to link remote offices to a single network of travel agencies.
For network travel agencies has developed a special version of "SAMO-TourAgent» SQL Net.
Built on a three-level architecture "client - server - database", it can be installed in any number of remote offices.
"SAMO-TourAgent» SQL Net: separate offices of network travel agencies are in constant communication over the Internet with a central office.
In this case, a single agency database reflects the most current information.
Herewith, in remote offices are installed only the client application, and the central database is stored on the server at the main office and accumulates outgoing information from them.
If necessary, you can obtain access to it at any of the offices of the network.
This allows the head of the network travel agency to see the current financial picture of activity of the whole network, to analyze the performance of individual point of sales and specific managers, to carry out reshuffle to reinforce specific points of sales by attracting of more experienced staff.
Interoperation of «SAMO-TourAgent» and «SAMO-Tour»
Interchange carried out through online reservation module. Package prices are calculated in «SAMO-Tour» and saved in the electronic price catalogue. Catalogue prices are displayed via the online reservation program module on tour operator’s website and for downloading into «SAMO-TourAgent». The application may be reserved directly on the website or drawn-up in «SAMO-TourAgent» and sent to the tour operator. Interoperation of «SAMO-TourAgent» and other automation systems
The «SAMO-TourAgent» software system is aligned with «1C-Rarus: Travel Agency» accounting system and with shared tour search and reservation system BRONNI.
